The Radio Flyer has become an American icon and today is recognized worldwide. The most popular of their products is a little red wagon. Many generations have fond memories of their own little red wagon in their family. Wagons help entice the imagination. The adventure begins when they get into the wagon, and the items that will be hauled from point A to point B are endless. From the company everyone knows and loves, the Radio Flyer Pathfinder Wagon is a wonderful step into the 21st century.
With Safety in mind, the Pathfinder Wagon was made with a 360-degree pivotal point to prevent tip over accidents from happening. The Pathfinder still has the durable and silent running rubber tires, hard caste plastic body and retractable seating for two along with a generous size of 36" x 17" x 17". Heavy-duty casters live up to their reputation as Radio Flyer products, allowing the wagon to take a tight curve without overturning. The wagon even comes with cup holders! There is ample room for storage as the sides fold up and down, as well as storage room in the foot well. The extra long handle will stay upright when not in use, allowing for safety for the little ones.
As with most products from Radio Flyer, the Pathfinder Wagon has nearly 100% good reviews, usually receiving five out of five stars. Lauded for it's easy assembly from easy to understand instructions, the Pathfinder can sometimes hold up to three children. The cup holders are equally popular with children and grownups. The wagon's ride and steering are well-handled; the rubber wheels make it quieter than the Pathfinder's cheap alternatives. There are no parts that can pinch a child's fingers. As in one review even stated: "There is a little groove underneath the back of the wagon to make it easy to drag and lift up over curbs.... it is easier to maneuver and easier to get the kids in and out [of]... where by it has taken place of my double stroller." Did I remember to tell you that there are seatbelts with the seats? Yes. That's right - seatbelts! No more accidental dumping of children out of the wagon while going up and down hills, curbs, and bumps. Completely safe, I promise.
One other advantage of the Radio Flyer Pathfinder Wagon is that it can change as your children develop. As your wee one grows into a "big" girl or boy, s/he can start to pull the wagon on his or her own. With a little imagination, your kids can turn it into a train, rocket ship or a racecar. The wagon can take them to places not seen before. As the kids become more independent, you the parent can many practical uses for the wagon. It's great for carting a picnic here or there or gardening projects throughout your yard. The only thing you need to do to clean it is hose it down, and because it is made of plastic it will not rust. The Pathfinder Wagon is a great gift that can be used and enjoyed for years to come. You won't be disappointed.

tandem stroller
For the family that either has two young children who are toddlers or younger or who have been given the rare gift of twins, double strollers are a welcomed convenience. A double stroller is guaranteed to make things easier in many ways for such families. With just one double stroller for two small children, which is good until around the age of four years, they can safely be accommodated so that parents don't have to try to push two single strollers and then deal with the hassles of folding both of them up and trying to get them to fit in their car.
Double strollers are available in wide variety of colors and styles and are offered from a variety of different baby travel gear manufacturers. The first thing you will find is that there are two distinctly different types of double stroller models or configurations that parents can choose from, and each of these configurations come in an array of styles.
The side-by-side configuration of double strollers is just like it sounds; two seats are set up next to each other. The configuration for the tandem stroller has one seat positioned in back of the other. There are advantageous aspects to each of these stroller formats, as well as some drawbacks to each. Before deciding which is best for your family, you should carefully consider some factors.
The most common model and most widely available, is the side-by-side double stroller. For the best handling when steering this type of stroller, it is better to use this model with twins or with two children who are fairly close to the same weight. These baby strollers are easier to maneuver over curbs, small bumps and obstacles.
Obviously, the double, side-by-side strollers are wider than the tandem stroller models, but in recent years, primarily due to feedback from parents, manufacturers have worked hard at redesigning them to be as narrow as possible so that they can fit through doorways more easily. However, it should be noted that a side-by-side double stroller will always be more challenging, awkward, and difficult to steer and navigate through crowded areas and tight aisles.
Another benefit to the side-by-side configuration is that with the children seated alongside each other, they can better interact as they grow and they also enjoy the same view from their seats. As the kids get older, this is an important factor as it will reduce the fighting and bickering that might take place over who gets to sit in the front seat. The seats of most side-by-side models don't recline fully, and if this is the case with the model you are considering, it should be used with older children and not infants.
The tandem stroller models seem to be better suited for use with a baby and an older brother or sister. With most models of these double seated strollers, the seat in the rear is able to recline fully which is perfect for the newborn, while the older sibling has a nice view from the front seat and plenty of leg room as well.
A tandem stroller will fold up into a smaller size than a side-by-side stroller, and because they are narrower they are easier to get through doorways and store aisles. However, because of the increased length, many parents complain about them being difficult to turn, especially in tight spaces. When looking at your choice in double strollers, these points should help to guide you in your decision so that you have the best model to meet the needs of your family.

Baby Jogger strollers
Any new parents who enjoy being outdoors and active are more than likely looking for the best stroller that will give them the ability to continue enjoying an active lifestyle, even after the baby arrives. Those who have their sights set on finding a lightweight stroller that is also a suitable jogging stroller will be pleased to encounter the Baby Jogger City Series of strollers.
The Baby Jogger strollers are perfect for the mom or dad who wants to do some serious jogging while taking the baby on a bit of an outing. One of the things that all of the Baby Jogger models have is an excellent mechanism that allows it to turn easily and corner well while remaining stable so that the baby is always safe, secure and comfortable.
The Baby Jogger City Series of strollers was developed because the founder of the company, journalist Phil Baechler, discovered the need for a better product when he was trying to jog and push his baby's stroller at the same time. It did not take many times of attempting this before he become frustrated and started looking for a better solution.
As a result, Baechler began working up ideas for way to modify the standard, traditional stroller and make it into something that would work better for his needs. Eventually, he ended up designing a new breed of stroller that had the right function, feel and maneuverability that made it perfect for jogging. He called his new, baby trend creation the "Baby Jogger."
The original Baby Jogger stroller was a bit hit almost immediately and soon the company followed up with an expanded model called "The Twinner," which is a double stroller, designed to accommodate two children. These jogging strollers became popular because they were very convenient to use anywhere, in just about any situation, not just for jogging.
One of the things that have set apart the Baby Jogger strollers is how easily they can be turned. All of the models of baby joggers from this innovative company are able to make easy and tight turns in stores, sidewalks, or any other location where the parent might find themselves with their youngster. It is the 6" swivel wheel in the front and the 12" wheels in the rear that help to make the Baby Jogger models so easy to navigate, even in crowded conditions.
Another innovation that is a feature of the Baby Jogger strollers is an optional conversion kit for the front wheels. With this kit, the parent can quickly and easily transform the 4-wheeled stroller into a 3-wheeled model when needed, which provides even more maneuverability and allows the parent to negotiate turns even better.
There are many parents who are avid fans of the Baby Jogger City Series and that say they love how it handles, how easy it is to steer and to push, and also to collapse for quick and easy stowing in a vehicle or closet. Some say these strollers are somewhat heavier than others, but this factor also allows them to hang a heavy bag off the back of it without worrying that it will tip over. Many parents also mention the adjustable sun cover that protects baby from harmful sun exposure.
